I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Health Psychology from Yeshiva University, New York. My training has taken place in Boston in a variety of mental health and medical settings. These include several of the Harvard Medical School Teaching Hospitals: Massachusetts General Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Cambridge Health Alliance, and the Mind-Body Institute founded by Dr. Herbert Benson.

I have completed post-doctoral training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Hypnosis, Biofeedback, and Integrative Psychotherapy. I have a strong interest in the emerging field of Positive Psychology. I have completed specialized training and supervision in couples therapy.

I have experience collaborating with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, gastroenterologists, neurologists, and chronic pain specialists.

I have offered stress-reduction and relationship-skills workshops to staff members of professional organizations, and have taught Health Psychology to Undergraduate Students at Suffolk University in Boston.

I am licensed in the state of Massachusetts. I am a member of the American Psychological Association and the Massachusetts Psychological Association.
